The one you buy from the market is made from corn syrup, hydrogenated soybean, cottonseed oil, hydrogenated oils with a high level of trans fat and many other ingredients that may not be healthy for you. And in no way, it should be called ‘non-dairy’.

So, why not make it at home…?

While most of the people love different additives like butter or coconut oil, we’ll give it a new flavor.

Ingredients Required For Base Recipe

  • 14 oz. Sweetened condensed milk. You can opt for sugar-free condensed milk as well.
  • 1 ¾ cup milk or cream. You can buy whole, low-fat, skim, almond, soy, heavy cream, etc. The more fat, the more creaminess.
  • Mason jar.

Preparation

Mix both the ingredients together in a bowl and pour it into a mason jar. Now shake it like crazy.

Before we whip in the final creamer, here are a few flavors you can add to your favorite style of coffee.

French Vanilla Creamer

  • 2 tsps. Vanilla extract or vanilla coffee syrup

Vanilla Bean Coffee Creamer

  • 2 tsps. Vanilla bean paste

Strudel

  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 vanilla extract
  • 1 almond extract

Vanilla Caramel

  • 2 tbsps. Caramel ice cream topping
  • 2 tsps. Vanilla extract

Chocolate

  • 2-3 tbsps. Chocolate syrup
  • 1 vanilla extract (optional)

Chocolate Raspberry

  • 2 tsps. Cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsps. Raspberry syrup

Chocolate Almond

  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 almond extract

Irish Cream

  • 2 tbsps. Chocolate syrup
  • 1 instant coffee
  • 1-2 tsps. Vanilla extract
  • 1 almond extract

Coconut

  • 2 tbsps. Coconut extract

Peppermint Patty

  • 2 tbsps. Chocolate syrup
  • 1 peppermint extract

Samoa

  • 2 tsps. Coconut extract
  • 2 tbsps. Chocolate syrup
  • 2 tbsps. Caramel ice cream topping

Pumpkin Spice

  • 3 tbsps. Pureed pumpkin
  • 1 pumpkin pie spice
  • 4 tbsps. Maple syrup
  • 1 vanilla extract

Cinnamon Vanilla

  • 2 tsps. Cinnamon
  • 2 tsps. Vanilla extract

Honey Vanilla

  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tsps. Vanilla extract

Sweet Cream

  • 1 ¾ cups of heavy cream instead of milk in base recipe
  • 2 tsps. Vanilla extract
  • 1 almond extract

Chocolate Orange

  • 2 tbsps. Chocolate syrup
  • 1-2 tsps. Orange extract

Almond Joy

  • 1-2 tsps. Coconut extract
  • 1 almond extract
  • 2 tbsps. Chocolate syrup

Hazelnut

  • 2 tsps. Hazelnut extract

Chocolate Hazelnut

  • 2 tbsps. Chocolate syrup
  • 2 tsps. Hazelnut extract

Cinnamon Cake

  • 2 tsps. Cinnamon
  • 2 tsps. Vanilla extract

Salted Caramel

  • 2-3 tbsps. Caramel ice cream topping
  • ½ tsp. salt

Eggnog

  • Replace milk in base recipe with heavy cream of equal amount
  • 2 tsps. Rum extract
  • 1 tsps. Vanilla extract
  • 1 ground nutmeg

Toasted Almond

  • 2 tsps. Almond extract

In the base recipe, pick your favorite flavor from the options available above and mix it well. If you don’t prefer grainy creamer, add the rest of milk/cream along with sweetened condensed milk.
