  • 1 Cup 1 cup of strong coffee (your choice)
  • 2 Tablespoons grass-fed unsalted whole butter
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut oil or (MCT oil)
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Great Lakes Gelatin


  • Take all of your ingredients and add them into a blender and mix until it becomes thick and creamy. The green version of Great Lakes gelatin is better since it aids with keeping your bones and joints healthier. It’s also unflavored and will allow the butter to emulsify better into the coffee.
