Cold Brew Iced-Bulletproof

  • 2-3 Cups extra strong coffee (cold brewed)
  • 2-3 Tablespoons grass-fed whole butter
  • 1-2 Tablespoons coconut oil (MCT oil)


  • Brew your cold-brewed coffee in a French Press and allow it to steep overnight using ordinary room temperature water. Cover the open top with plastic wrap. Don’t put the plunger on top until you make your extraction the next day. Put this into a fridge overnight while it steeps in the cold. The next day, remove the plastic wrap and extract your coffee by pushing the plunger to get cold-brewed coffee.
  • Add this coffee into a blender with butter and coconut oil. Blend this until it becomes creamy. Pout into a cup or two and add ice cubes. This makes a great summer cooler coffee that is refreshing and creamy smooth.
